Hunchprime is built around a simple idea: your data is yours. This page explains, in plain language, what information our website and apps collect — and what they don't.

The short version: Our apps don't include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs. We don't sell or share personal information. We collect only what's strictly required to provide the service you asked for.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website at www.hunchprime.com and to mobile applications published by Hunchprime (collectively, the "Services"). In this policy, "we", "our", and "Hunchprime" refer to the Hunchprime studio.

2. Information our apps collect

Our iOS apps are designed to work without accounts. By default, they do not transmit personal information off your device.

Game data and preferences. Things like progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud, this data may sync between your own devices through Apple's CloudKit. Hunchprime does not have access to this data.
Crash and diagnostic reports. If you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymized crash logs. We use these solely to fix bugs.
Support correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and content you send us, and use it only to respond.

3. Information our website collects

This website is a static site served over HTTPS. We do not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or include third-party advertising or social pixels. Your hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (IP address, request, user agent) for a limited period for security and reliability purposes.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information we receive only to:

Operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
Diagnose and fix problems and crashes.
Respond to support questions and other inquiries.
Comply with applicable law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers. We may share information only when strictly necessary: with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, the email provider used to receive support messages), or when required by law.

6. Children

Our apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we collect very little personal information, in most cases we will simply confirm what we hold and, on request, delete it. To exercise any rights, email privacy@hunchprime.com.

8. Data retention

We keep support email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then discarded.

9. International transfers

Hunchprime operates from a single jurisdiction, but our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on standard legal mechanisms to protect transferred information.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
