Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hunchprime website at www.hunchprime.com and the software applications published by Hunchprime (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Hunchprime provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require a current version of iOS or iPadOS, sufficient storage, or other technical prerequisites.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable App Store terms, Hunchprime grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3. App Store distribution
Mobile applications published by Hunchprime are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of those applications is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms with respect to App Store distribution, Apple's terms control for that purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
- Use the Services to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in or on the Services.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Hunchprime or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The Hunchprime name and logo are trademarks of Hunchprime. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, we may use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. You agree that feedback is provided on a non-confidential, royalty-free basis.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunchprime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Hunchprime for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten United States dollars (US$10).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and the general provisions below) will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunchprime regarding the Services. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
